SIGN IN PROBLEMS
Are you having problems signing in? Select from the list of common problems below and follow the instructions provided.
1. ARE YOU A NEW USER?
Registration is a quick and easy process. Members fill out the new user form by entering your username (last name) and password (10-digit alumni ID located on the mailing label of The Penn Stater magazine or The Football Letter).
2. FORGOT YOUR USERNAME?
If you have forgotten your username, all you need to do is contact us at onlinehelp@psudirectory.com.
3. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, or your password is not working for some reason, you can easily get a new one. Fill out the lost password form by entering the correct answer to the security question you gave when you registered for the account.
ACCOUNT UPDATES
Please update your account by choosing MY ACCOUNT from the menu bar (left). If you are not SIGNED IN, please complete our secure online form to update your record. Please note that it takes 10 days for changes to appear in the Alumni Directory.
